System Downtime - RESOLVED

Certain customers are currently experiencing downtime due to a configuration issue on one of our cloud server deployments. We are working with Microsoft Azure to fix this issue as soon as possible. No customer data is affected and we expect everything to be back to normal shortly.

We've located the issue and are currently updating the deployment configuration. We should be back up shortly.


Update 10:03 am EDT

The configuration issue has been resolved and all affected customers instances are back online.
