Lost Reasons

The Lost Reason setting enables the Partner to close out Deals using Lost Reasons. This allows for better tracking of Deals. To update and/or create a Lost Reasons for Deals go to Settings > Deal Registration > Lost Reasons. 


Add Deal/Opportunity Lost Reasons:

  1. Click the New Lost Reason button
  2. Enter a name
  3. Click Save


Edit or Delete an existing Lost Reason:

  1. Click Actions
  2. Edit or Delete
