System User Privacy Consent

Enabling Channeltivity's Privacy and Compliance feature will require Users to accept your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service when they activate their User account, submit a request for an account via the Request Access Form or Become a Partner Form.

You can enable this feature by going to Settings > Security, Privacy & Compliance > Privacy & Compliance. Click the "Enable User Consent Requirement" checkbox and enter your privacy language and a link to your privacy policy.

Q: Where does the checkbox appear?

A: A checkbox will appear at the bottom of the Activate Account page, Request Access, and Become a Partner forms. 


Q: How can existing Users consent to our privacy policy? 

A: Once you enable this feature, the system will prompt existing Users to consent to your privacy policy the next time they log in to the system.
