The Email Marketing Module is configured by going to Settings > Email Marketing > Email Marketing Module Settings.
- Email Templates - customize the Logo and color scheme in the Portal Skin Manager.
- News Module Settings - specify how long News Items are included in Mailings sent from the Email Marketing module.
You can also customize how marketing emails are communicated on the User Email Preferences and Opt-in screens (see the second screenshot below):
