Web-to-Lead Form

This Web-to-Lead Setting can enable the routing of Leads from your website into Channeltivity using an embeddable form.  To create the form:

1. Go to Settings > Lead Distribution > Web-to-Lead Form.
2. Enter a redirect URL. (This is the website you want to redirect visitors to once they submit the form)
3. Select a Source.
4. Add a Campaign (optional). 
5. Select the fields you want included on the form. 
6. Click the Generate button in the top right corner of the page.
7. Copy the HTML code and add it to your website.

The submissions will come into Channeltivity as Leads, and you can specify the Internal Recipients who are notified about the submissions by going to Settings > Lead Distribution > Lead Email Notifications.
