Lost Reasons

The Lost Reason setting enables the Partner to close out Leads using Lost Reasons. This allows for better tracking of Leads. To update and/or create a Lost Reason:

  1. Go to Settings > Lead Distribution > Lost Reasons.
  2. Click the "New" button to add a new Lost Reason.
  3. Click "Save."
  4. To delete or edit an existing Lost Reason, hover over the Lost Reason and click the "Actions" button that appears to the right. 
  5. Click "Save."
