The Lost Reason setting enables the Partner to close out Leads using Lost Reasons. This allows for better tracking of Leads. To update and/or create a Lost Reason:

  1. Go to Settings > Lead Distribution > Lost Reasons
  2. Select Lost Reasons from the Lead Distribution menu settings.
  3. Click New Lost Reason.
  4. Add your Lost Reason and Description.
  5. Click Save.
  6. To Delete or Edit an existing Lost Reason, click the Actions button next to the Reason 
  7. Click Save.
