The "Become a Partner" form is for prospects to apply to become a part of your partner program. Become a Partner form submissions create a new Prospective Partners in Channeltivity. Learn how to manage Prospective Partners here: Partner Approval and Onboarding.  


To obtain the link to your portal's form, click the "Become a Partner" tab on the login screen.

Can I Customize the Become a Partner Form? 

Yes, you can add custom fields, tables, and sections to the Become a Partner form by going to Settings > User & Organization Fields > Partner Record Custom Fields


You can also rename the form and add a page description to the top of the form by going to Settings > Portal Configuration Login & Public Pages


Can I Customize the Email Notifications?

Yes, you can customize the email notifications as well as the list of recipients that are notified by going to Settings > Partners > Partner Email Notifications.


Can It Be Disabled?

Yes, you can disable the form by going to Settings > Portal Configuration Login & Public Pages


What is the Request Access Form?

 

The "Request Access" form is for people to request access to the portal. You can obtain the link to your portal's Request Access form by clicking the tab on the login screen.

Can I Customize the Request Access Form?

Yes, you can add custom fields to the form by going to Settings > User & Organization Fields > User Custom Fields

Can I Customize the Email Notifications?

Yes, you can customize the notifications by going to Settings > Email > User Account Email Templates > scroll down to the "External User Request Admin Notification" section to make your changes. You can customize the list of recipients that are notified by going to Settings > Email > User Account Admin Notifications.
