Activities are an important part of the MDF process. When a User fills out the MDF Request form, they'll have to select the Activity that best describes the reason for their request. Channeltivity includes a list of standard Activities and you can edit the list to align with your program needs by going to Settings > MDF > Activities.
Add a New Activity:
- Click the "New" button.
- Name your Activity.
- Click "Save" to save your changes.

To edit or delete an Activity, hover over the Activity you wish to make changes to and click the "Actions" button that appears on the right > Edit or Delete.
