SnapEngage is a live chatting solution that allows you to work more closely with your customers and partners. You can easily integrate SnapEngage with your chanel partner portal. Here are the steps to set up SnapEngage within Channeltivity:
- Copy the JavaScript code from within the SnapEngage Configurator from the Get The Code tab.
- Within Channeltivity, navigate to Settings > API & Integrations > SnapEngage Live Chat.

Paste the code into the SnapEngage JavaScript Snippet box:
- That's it, you have successfully implemented SnapEngage Live Chat.
