While using Channeltivity, Admin Users can click the Help link in the Utility Navigation, then select "Contact Channeltivity Support." These requests go directly to our Support Team at email@example.com.

Secure File Upload:
We ask that you upload files that contain sensitive information to the Secure File Upload feature in the Help menu. Instructions are listed below:
- In the top right corner of the portal, click the question mark icon > Secure File Upload
- Click the Upload File button and upload your file.
- Once you upload the file, the system will generate a secure download link. Copy the link and paste it into your message to Channeltivity Support.
