Yesterday evening EDT (July 24, 2018), Channeltvity's streaming video functionality stopped working. This is affecting only videos that were uploaded directly into Channeltivity and not embedded videos such as YouTube and Vimeo. Users attempting to view videos will see an error message in the application.
We've isolated the issue to an access rules misconfiguration and are actively working on a fix. We expect to have streaming video functionality restored by tomorrow, July 26th. We will post further updates below.
Update 2:45 pm EDT: We've fixed the configuration and all video streaming and processing is back to normal.
