I’m surprised to hear about your support experience. The huge majority of our customers find our support team and process very helpful, and I’m certain you’ll be more than satisfied if you DO decide to become a customer.
I looked in a number of places and wasn't able to find any record of you requesting support. From what I can see, you haven't submitted any support tickets or spoken with a support rep or left any voice mails in our support mailbox, with the exception of the ticket you created 15 minutes prior to writing this post.
Even though our regular support hours are 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, we do check the support queue after hours for any urgent requests. I can confirm that we responded to your support ticket earlier today and look forward to your response.
I hope I've been able to explain our process and address some of your concerns. We value our customers and prospects, and do our best to help them run successful channel programs using our PRM software. Any feedback and criticism is much appreciated and if you have any suggestions we'll definitely consider them.

I would have to say the service Channeltivity has provided our organization has been great. It is very timely and we've been very happy with our decision to go with them.
