Hi Andy,
Thanks for your questions. Unfortunately, we don't currently have functionality to exchange data between your Channeltivity PRM and your channel partners' Salesforce instances.
Deal Registration programs require sustained efforts from the Partner (and Vendor) and so getting your Partners in the habit of using your PRM is key to being successful. The best way to do this is by a) training your Partners and then staying on top of them, and b) providing incentives for Deal Registration. Your regular meetings sounds like a good idea. You may also want to check out this article on best practices for Deal Registration: http://help.channeltivity.com/support/solutions/articles/144850-deal-registration-best.
The CSV Lead import is only accessible by your internal Users and not your Partners.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Zach

Hi there,
We have a large partner network (70+) companies who were are getting up to speed with uploading their sales pipelines into our Channeltivity System.
I can see that they can provide a list of leads from a cvs template - which we would then need to convert to Deals.
A partner has asked if there is a way to send notifications from their Salesforce system through to Channeltivity, for example when it meets a particular stage.
Difficult?, so I am just generally wondering how other users manage to avoid or minimise duplication of effort for their partners (as most will be adding data into Salseforce or similar CRM and then the same in Channeltivity), or do you simply get your partners in the habit of using Channeltivity? I have suggested fortnightly or monthly to tie in with my sales meetings with them.
