Microsoft Azure is currently experiencing a service degradation which is affecting certain Channeltivity customers. We will continue to monitor the service and will update this topic as we learn more.

We are experiencing a networking issue that impacts Compute availability in the North Central US sub-region. We are actively investigating this issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible. We are troubleshooting this networking issue, and capturing all the data that will allow us to resolve it. A limited number of hosted applications are impacted in the sub-region. We identified that a faulty networking device was impacting network availability in the North Central US sub-region. The faulty device has been replaced and full Compute availability has been restored in the sub-region. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers.
