At 7:01 PM EST on 2021-03-09 (12:01 AM GMT 2021-03-10) we were alerted that the DNS service for our web application firewall (WAF) provider was experiencing issues similar to the issue from four days ago. This is preventing users in certain geographies from accessing Channeltivity services.
At 7:09 PM EST we initiated our own mitigation efforts. All services should be fully available within the next 30 minutes. Certain geographies might experience slightly slower response times during the mitigation period.
Update 7:58 PM EST: All services have been fully available as the mitigation efforts succeeded. We will post further updates tomorrow.
Update 1:48 PM EST on 2021-03-10: All services are back to normal
