Setting up and Managing Deal Registration Region Manager Teams

Once you've defined your Regions (Settings > Portal Configuration > Region Settings), you can take advantage of Channeltivity's Deal Region Permissions and Deal Region Notifications by assigning Internal Users to each Region as Managers. You can view and update Region Team assignments by hovering over the Region you wish to view/edit and clicking the "Actions" button that appears to the right > Edit. 


You'll then select the names of the Internal Users you wish to assign to each Region using the "Team Members" field under the Region Team section below > Save. Keep in mind that multiple Users can be assigned to a single Region, and Users can be assigned to multiple Regions. 



You can remove Managers from Regions by clicking the "X" icon next to the Manager you wish to remove from the Team Members field > Save.




Once you've defined the Region Teams, you can set up Deal access and/or email notifications for Region Managers:
