You can resend account activation emails to Pending Users by going to Admin > Users. Set the "Status" filter on the left to "Pending Users" to view only Pending Users. Then, select the checkboxes next to the names of the Users you want to resend the activation emails to, click "Actions," and choose "Resend Invite."


You can also resend an invite by going to the User's profile > Actions > Resend User Activation Invite. 


Do Account Activation Links Expire? 


Yes, and you can set your portal's invitation expiration date settings by going to  Settings > Security, Privacy, and Compliance > Security. Learn more about this topic here


How Do I Know if a User's Account Activation Link Has Expired?


The below message appears at the top of the User's profile.


You can also add the "Activation Link Expiration Date" column to your lister view to see link expiration dates. Additionally, you can use the "Activation Link Expiration Date" filter to display only Pending Users with expired activation links within a specific time frame.


What Should I Do if a User Does Not Receive the Account Activation Email?
