You can resend account activation emails to Pending Users by going to Admin > Users and selecting the checkbox next to the names of the Users you want to resend invites to > Actions > Resend Invite. 


You can also resend an invite by going to the User's profile > Actions > Resend User Activation Invite. 



Do Account Activation Links Expire? 


Yes, and you can set your portal's invitation expiration date settings by going to  Settings > Security, Privacy, and Compliance > Security. Learn more about this topic here


How Do I Know if a User's Account Activation Link Has Expired?


The below message appears at the top of the User's profile.



What Should I Do if a User Does Not Receive the Account Activation Email? 


If a User says they did not receive their portal activation email and your portal's Email Log shows the message as delivered, please contact us at support@channeltivity.com.
