We use a cloud-based email provider, SendGrid, to ensure all emails sent from your Channeltivity partner portal get delivered properly.
In some very rare cases, certain email servers will still block messages sent from Channeltivity due to rules enabled on the company's mail server. In this case, we recommend you and/or your Partners whitelist our sending address, app@channeltivity.com, and IP addresses to help with deliverability:
- 50.31.43.180 (o1.em.channeltivity.com)
- 198.37.156.22 (o2.em.channeltivity.com)
- 159.183.152.104 (o3.em.channeltivity.com)
If whitelisting does not resolve the issue, please let us know by submitting a ticket to support@channeltivity.com, and we will schedule a call with your Mail Administrator/ IT Team to troubleshoot.
