We use a cloud-based email provider, SendGrid, to ensure all emails sent from your channel partner portal get delivered properly.
In some very rare cases, certain email servers will still block messages sent from Channeltivity. In this case, we recommend you (or your partners) whitelist our sending IP addresses and sending address.
You may also want to use your own SMTP server to send email.
