We use a cloud-based email provider, SendGrid, to ensure all emails sent from your channel partner portal get delivered properly. If you run into issues of emails not getting delivered and are not using your own SMTP server, you can whitelist our sending address and mail IP addresses:
Sending address: app@channeltivity.com
Sending IP addresses:
- 50.31.43.180 (o1.em.channeltivity.com)
- 198.37.156.22 (o2.em.channeltivity.com)
- 159.183.152.104 (o3.em.channeltivity.com)
If whitelisting does not resolve the issue, please let us know by submitting a ticket to support@channeltivity.com, and we will schedule a call with your Email Administrator/ IT Team to troubleshoot.
