Campaigns
Campaigns are a key component in tracking Leads through the sales process. Channeltivity makes it easy to add Campaigns so that Leads can be associated for reporting. To create new Campaigns:
- Go to Settings > Lead Distribution > Campaigns.
- Check the box to make Campaigns visible to Partners.
- Click "Save."
- Click the "New" button to add a Campaign.
- Name the Campaign.
- Repeat until your Campaigns are added.

Lead Sources
The Lead Source is designed to help you manage and track where your Leads have come from. To add/edit a Lead Source:
- Go to Settings > Lead Distribution > Lead Sources.
- Click the "New" button.
- Add your Lead Source Name.
- Click "Save."
- Hover over a Lead Source and click the "Actions" button that appears to the right to edit or delete an existing Lead Source.
- Click "Save" when finished.
