Campaigns


Campaigns are a key component in tracking Leads through the sales process. Channeltivity makes it easy to add Campaigns so that Leads can be associated for reporting. To create new Campaigns: 

  1. Go to Settings > Lead Distribution > Campaigns.
  2. Check the box to make Campaigns visible to Partners.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click New Campaign to add a Campaign.
  5. Name the Campaign.
  6. Repeat until your Campaigns are added.

Lead Sources


The Lead Source is designed to help you manage and track where your Leads have come from. To add/edit a Lead Source:

  1. Go to Settings > Lead Distribution > Lead Sources
  2. Click New Source.
  3. Add your Lead Source Name.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click the Actions buttons to edit or delete an existing Lead Source.
  6. Click Save when finished.
