The Co-Branded Collateral module is designed for the co-branding of new and existing collateral. When creating new collateral, you should design the document with your co-branding guidelines in mind. This makes it easier to add Content Areas to the document for co-branding. However, when adding Content Areas to existing collateral, you may find that that you are limited by the layout of the document. To ensure you create co-brand friendly Assets for your Partners, use the tips listed below.
Use a Channeltivity-Supported Font
Channeltivity’s Co-Branded Collateral module allows you to add Text Content Areas to Assets for Partner contact information, addresses, and more. We recommend using these fonts when creating your collateral so that the dynamic text added by Channeltivity looks consistent. You can download the fonts from the Google Fonts site.

Designate Enough Space for Dynamic Partner Content
If using Placeholders in the Text Content Areas, the Co-Branded Collateral module will automatically insert Partner data into your PDF. The length of the text can vary based on the Partner’s information, so it's important to leave extra space for fluctuations in content length. We recommend increasing the height of Text Content Areas to leave a buffer for dynamic partner information.
White Backgrounds for Logo Content Areas
Partner logos come in all shapes, sizes and colors, so make sure your Asset can accommodate a variety of logos. Since most logo files have a white background or are designed to look good on a white background, making sure there's enough white space for your Logo Content Area is key. Think about and visualize different logo aspect ratios when configuring Logo Content Areas. Set the Alignment Settings to ensure both square and horizontal logos align well with existing text and design elements.
