Changes made to records in Channeltivity are pushed to Salesforce immediately, and changes made to records in Salesforce are pushed to Channeltivity during the automatic full sync that runs once every hour. However, Admin Users have the ability to trigger a full sync at any time using the Sync Manager. Instructions are listed below:
- Go to Settings > Salesforce Integration > Sync Manager.
- Select the checkbox next to the Integration(s) that you want to run a full sync on and click the Actions button > Run Full Sync Now.
NOTE: The sync may take a few minutes to complete, depending on the number of records included in the sync.

Users can also trigger the sync for individual records by clicking the "Sync Now" option on the record in Channeltivity or in the Managed Package iFrame on the linked Salesforce record.
