The Lost Reason setting enables the Partner to close out Leads using Lost Reasons. This allows for better tracking of Leads. To update and/or create a Lost Reason:
- Go to Settings > Lead Distribution > Lost Reasons.
- Click the "New" button to add a new Lost Reason.
- Click "Save."
- To delete or edit an existing Lost Reason, hover over the Lost Reason and click the "Actions" button that appears to the right.
- Click "Save."
