Modified on Thu, 27 Jun, 2024 at 12:36 PM

To reset your security token in Salesforce, you'll need to visit your Personal Settings. Depending on your organization’s user interface settings, you should be able to access your Personal Settings in Salesforce Lightning and Classic using the instructions listed below. If you are unable to access your Personal Settings or need more details, check out the following Salesforce documentation:  Access your Personal Settings in Lightning Experience and/or Access Your Personal Settings in Salesforce Classic

Salesforce Lightning:

Log into Salesforce, click the profile icon in the top right corner > Settings > Reset my Security Token.

The system will send an email with your security token to the email address associated with your account in Salesforce.

Salesforce Classic:

You can reset your security token in Salesforce by clicking on the User Menu in the top right corner > My Settings >  Personal > Reset My Security Token.

The system will send an email with your security token to the email address associated with your account in Salesforce.
