Group permissions determine the features and functionality Users have access to in the system. The definitions of Internal, Partner, and Distributor Group permissions are listed below. 


Internal Group Permissions: 


Administration - The Administration module allows you to define Groups and permissions, create and manage Users and Organizations, and change many of your portal's global configuration settings. Users that belong to Groups with access to the Administration Module are considered  Admin Users. 

  • System Administration: Full access to all modules and administrative functions such as creating Users, Group permissions, page layouts, settings, and more. Admin Users are the only Users that can create new Users and approve User requests.

Partner Module - The Partner module allows you to manage all Partner data, including Partner profiles, Contacts, Agreements, Partner Manager assignments, and recruitment. 

  • Partner Module Administration: Full administrative access to the Partner module and Agreements, including the ability to manage profile data, Contacts, Agreements, Email Domains, and History.  It does not allow promoting Contacts. 
  • Partner Module Read-Only Access: Read-only access to the Partner module. 
  • Partner Module Manager Access: View Partners that you're assigned to as a Partner Manager and manage their profile data, Contacts, Agreements, Email Domains, and  History. It does not allow promoting Contacts to Users or updating User permissions. 


Library- The Library Module provides access to shared files, videos, and links

  • Document Administration: Full administrative access to the Library, including the ability to create, edit and delete. 
  • Library Access: Includes the ability to search, view, and download content. 


Reports- The Reports tab links to all reports available system-wide, based on the User's permissions.

  • Reports Tab Access: Provides access to the Reports tab.


Content Widgets- Manage the content of Widgets on your home page and other custom pages.

  • Widget Content Administration: Create, edit and delete content on the home page and other custom pages. 


Business Plans - The Business Plans Module allows you to view, create and edit joint Business Plans.

  • Business Plan Administration: Full administrative access to the Business Plans module, including the ability to create, edit and delete. 
  • Business Plan Partner Manager: Create and edit Business Plans for Partners you're assigned to as Partner Manager. 


Forum - The Forum module allows Users to create, comment on and subscribe to threaded discussions.

  • Forum Administration: Manage categories, discussion threads, and moderate discussions.
  • Forum General Access: Create new discussion threads and comment on existing discussions.
  • Forum Read-Only Access: Read-only access to all discussions.



Deal Registration - The Deal Registration Module allows registering Deals and taking them through the approval workflow. 

  • Deal Registration Administration: Full administrative access to the Deal Registration module, including the ability to submit, edit, delete, approve, and archive Deals.  
  • Deal Registration Management: Full access to all Deals without the ability to delete.  
  • Deal Registration Partner Manager: Submit, edit, approve, and archive Deals for Partners you're assigned to as Partner Manager as well as Deals assigned to you directly. 
  • Deal Registration Partner Region Manager(Based on the location of Partner): Submit, edit, approve, and archive Deals for all Partners located in your assigned Regions as well as Deals assigned to you directly. 
  • Deal Registration Account Region Manager: (Based on the location of the End-User Account): Submit, edit, approve, and archive Deals with end-user accounts located in your assigned Regions as well as Deals assigned to you directly. 


Referrals: The Referral Module allows you to receive Referrals from Partners and track their commissions.

  • Referral Administration: Full administrative access to the Referral module, including the ability to submit, edit, delete, approve, and archive Referrals. 


Lead Distribution- The Lead Distribution Module allows distributing Leads to Partners, who can then convert them to Deals. 

  • Lead Administration: Full administrative access to the Lead Distribution module, including the ability to create, edit, assign and archive Leads.
  • Lead Management: Full access to all Leads without the ability to delete.
  • Lead Partner Manager: Create, edit, assign and archive Leads for Partners you're assigned to as Manager.


MDF- The MDF Module manages the MDF Request approval workflow and tracks joint marketing funds and transactions.

  • MDF Full Administration: Full administrative access to the MDF module, including the ability to submit, edit, delete, approve, and archive MDF Requests. 

  • MDF Request Administration: Create, edit and archive MDF Requests with read-only access to Partner fund balances.

  • MDF Partner Manager: Create, edit and archive MDF Requests for Partners you're assigned to as Manager, as well as the ability to edit and archive Requests assigned to you directly. 


Training & Certification- The Training & Certification Module allows you to create Courses with training content and Quizzes and define Certifications that get awarded automatically when Users complete specified Courses.

  • Training and Certification Module Administration:  Full administrative access to the Training & Certification module, including the ability to create Courses, Lessons, Quizzes, and Certifications. 
  • Training and Certification Module View All Access at my Org: Includes the ability to complete Courses and Certifications and view the completions of Users at your Organization. 
  • Training and Certification Module Access:  Includes the ability to complete Courses and Certifications.


Co-Branded Collateral - The Co-Branded Collateral Module allows Users to easily generate co-branded marketing materials for your Partners.

  • Co-Branded Collateral Administration: Full administrative access to the Co-Branded Collateral module, including the ability to upload Assets and define Content Areas for co-branding. 



Partner Group Permissions:


Library:

  • Library Access: Includes the ability to search, view, and download content. 


Business Plans: 

  • Business Plan Write Access: Read and write access to Business Plans.
  • Business Plan Read Access: Read-only access to Partner's Business Plans.


Forum:

  • Forum General Access: Create new discussion threads and comment on existing discussions.
  • Forum Read-Only Access: Read-only access to all discussions.


 Deal Registration:

  • Register & View All Deals: Allows Users to register Deals and view all Deals within their Organization.
  • Register Deals: Allows Users to register Deals and view only the Deals assigned to them directly. 


Referrals:

  • Submit and View All Referrals: Allows Users to submit Referrals and view all of the Referrals within their Organization.
  • Submit Referrals: Allows Users to submit Referrals and view only the Referrals assigned to them directly. 


Lead Distribution: 

  • View All Leads: Allows Users to view and manage all the Leads within their Organization.  
  • Receive Leads: Allows Users to view and manage only the Leads assigned to them directly. 


MDF

  • MDF Access: Allows Users to submit and manage MDF Requests and view their Partner Organization's funds balances and transactions.


Training & Certification:

  • Training and Certification Module View All Access at my Org: Includes the ability to complete Courses and Certifications and view the completions of other Users at your Organization. 
  • Training and Certification Module Access: Includes the ability to complete Courses and Certifications. 


Co-Branded Collateral:

  • Co-Branded Collateral Access: Generate co-branded marketing materials. 



Distributor Group Permissions (add-on module):


Library:

  • Library Access: Includes the ability to search, view, and download content. 


Business Plans:

  • Business Plans Write Access: Gives Users the ability to create and edit their Organization's Business Plans. 
  • Business Plans Read Access: Gives Users read-only access to their Organization's Business Plans.
