The system can send Automatic Email Reminders to the various Users within Channeltivity to keep them engaged. To enable and configure these reminders, go to Settings > Email > Automatic Email Reminders.
Edit Email Reminders:
- In the Settings section, set the time and add an email subject line.
- Click Save.
