At approximately 3:29 PM EDT on 2021-03-15 (20:29 GMT), certain customers with videos in their portal started experiencing page load errors. The errors are due to a global issue with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
At 5:04 PM EDT we are exploring mitigation approaches and will post further updates.
Update 5:35 PM EDT: We have temporarily disabled affected videos from custom pages to allow pages to load. Videos in the Library and Training modules are not affected by the mitigation and will continue to display an error. We will post further updates.
Update 5:40 PM EDT: Microsoft reports that mitigation efforts are underway and recovery should be complete within 60 minutes.
Update 12:15 PM EDT on 2021-03-16: We've not detected any more issues with Azure Active Directory and enabled videos earlier today. All videos are functioning normally.
