Users in Northern California, Seattle, Chicago and possibly elsewhere may encounter an error page when accessing Channeltivity. We are investigating the issue, which seems to be caused by a service interruption of Microsoft Azure. We are working with Microsoft to resolve the outage as soon as possible and will post further updates here.

Microsoft reports the following service advisory:
Starting at approximately 20:23 UTC on 02 Jul 2019, a subset of customers using Microsoft Azure Services may experience intermittent issues accessing resources. Engineers are rerouting network traffic to mitigate the issue.

Microsoft reports the issue as resolve:
PRELIMINARY ROOT CAUSE: Engineers determined that a faulty network device in West US was causing networking routing issues.
MITIGATION: Engineers took the faulty network device out of rotation and rerouted network traffic to mitigate the issue.
