Emergency Portal Maintenance - RESOLVED

On Sunday, June 30th, 2019 at 9:42 am EDT, we discovered an issue that caused a large number of duplicate and incorrect email notifications to be sent to Users. Customer instances were put into maintenance mode while the development team fixed the issue. All customer instances were back online at 9:45 pm EDT that same day.
