If there is an integration error with SFDC, the admin has no way of knowing about this unless one logs into the Ctvt Portal and views Messages or examines the System Messages widget. It is typical in my experience for the admin to be the SFDC admin who cares and said person has no good reason to log into the Ctvt portal on a daily basis as the SFDC admin is not managing the channels business.
This is especially important for situations where SFDC rejects a Deal Reg or Lead update due to a validation rule, permissions setting, or apex error.
So ... please allow for some configuration option wherein the Admin (or all admins) can request notification of an integration error via email and/or some other real time channel like Slack.
