The SPIFF Module Settings page allows you to customize the terminology used throughout the SPIFF module, so you can align it with your Organization’s internal naming conventions or incentive program branding.
To update the Claim Labels:
- Go to Settings > SPIFF > SPIFF Module Settings.
- In the Claim Labels section, customize the terms used to describe a SPIFF, Claim, and Campaign throughout the portal in both singular and plural form.
- Once you’ve entered your preferred labels, click Save in the top-right corner to save your changes.

Your changes will automatically update across the SPIFF module, ensuring all Users see the customized terms when submitting or reviewing Claims and Campaigns.
If you'd like to change the name of the SPIFF module within the left navigation, you can do so by going to Settings > Portal Customization > Navigation & Custom Pages.
