Everything About Our 2025 User Interface Refresh

We’ve made several updates to modernize the portal experience and make it easier to view, navigate, and manage information across modules. These enhancements improve visibility into key data while delivering a cleaner, more consistent, and intuitive interface across the platform.


This article highlights the key changes introduced with the UI refresh and shows how these updates enhance usability and streamline access to important information. If you have any questions or feedback about the new design, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support Team.


Overview Pages:


We’ve introduced Overview pages across all entities to create a cleaner, more modern experience. Each page highlights key information at a glance, organizes details into intuitive sections, and provides a consistent layout across all record types, making navigation simpler and insights easier to find.

Deal Registration Overview Page



The new Overview pages for Deal Registration, MDF, Referral, and Lead Distribution records provide a summary of the most important details displayed in easy-to-read cards. It also includes a visual progress indicator at the top of the page, helping Users quickly see where the record stands in the process as it relates to the record’s current Stage or Status. 


Users can make quick edits to specific fields using the three-dots (⋯) menu on individual cards or click the Edit button in the top-right corner to make broader updates. They can also switch to the Details tab for the full record or open the History & Notes tab to view a timestamped change log, add comments, and upload related files.

Deal Registration and MDF Overview Pages



Organization and User Record Updates:


Both Organization and User records have been redesigned to align with the modern Overview layout, offering a cleaner and more visual experience.


On Organization records, the new Overview tab highlights key metrics, such as the number of Active and Pending Users, Agreements, Distributors, Certified Users, and the current Business Plan, all displayed in easy-to-scan cards. You’ll also notice that related information is now organized into dedicated tabs for sections like Email Domains, Users & Contacts, Managers, and more, making navigation simpler and more intuitive. Additionally, quick-access cards for MDF, Leads, and Deal Registrations provide a complete snapshot of partner activity in one central view.

For User records, the redesigned layout presents essential details such as Last Login, Activity, Courses, and Certifications at the top of the page for quick visibility. Below, you’ll find reorganized sections for Personal Details, Organization, and Group Membership, making it easier to view and manage user information at a glance.

Other Module Updates: 


We’ve also refreshed the Details pages for entities such as Co-Branded Collateral, Business Plans, and Training & Certification to align with the new, modern layout. Each page now presents key information, such as Publish/Approval Status, permissions, and completion metrics, in a cleaner, more organized format that makes it easier to track progress and manage records.

The Training and Certification trainee view now includes a progress bar that allows trainees to easily track their completion status as they move through Lessons, helping Users quickly see how far they’ve come and what’s left to complete in each Course.

Global UI Change:

 

One change you'll notice across all entities is that the former “Actions” button, previously located in the top-right corner of all pages, has been replaced with a caret icon (▾) next to the new Edit button. From there, you can update Statuses, Reassign records, Archive, Delete, and perform other quick actions.
