This article explains how Agreements are assigned to Partner Organizations in Channeltivity. For more information about Agreements, check out this article: What is the Partner Agreements Functionality and How Do I Use It?.
Agreements can be assigned automatically to Partner Organizations using Partner Types and Regions. When creating an Agreement template, select the "Specific Partner Types and Regions" option to specify the Partner Types and Regions that will be required to sign the Agreement by default.
Agreements can also be assigned manually to Partner Organizations. When creating an Agreement Template, select "None" so that you can manually assign the Agreement to Partners.
You can then assign the Agreement to Partner Organizations using the instructions listed below:
- Go to Partner Management > click on a Partner to view the Partner's Details, then click "Agreements" in the left side panel under the Partner's logo.
- Click the "Add Required Agreements" button to select the appropriate Agreement template.
- Select the Agreement from the dropdown menu > Save.
Overriding Required Agreements:
You can unassign Agreements by clicking the checkbox next to the Agreement in the Pending Agreements section > Remove.
You can also unassign Agreements in bulk by going to Partner Management in the left navigation menu > Agreements. You'll then set the "Status" filter on the left to Pending to view all the Pending Agreements and select the checkboxes next to the Agreements that you want to unassign > Actions > Remove Agreement.
