Channeltivity’s integration with Dynamics 365 CRM includes the Organization Sync, which allows the two-way synchronization of Partner and Distributor Organizations and Contacts between Channeltivity and your Dynamics 365 CRM.
With Organization Sync activated, creating a new Partner or Distributor Organization (or User/Contact) in Channeltivity will create a new linked Partner/Distributor Account (or Contact) record in Dynamics and vice versa while keeping those records synchronized. This ensures that changes made on one side are reflected on the other.
To begin integrating your Channeltivity partner portal with your Dynamics CRM, you'll need to follow the steps listed below:
Step 1: Authorization/ Credentials Setup
Channeltivity's Organization Sync integration requires a Dynamics Admin to authorize Channeltivity access to Dynamics by navigating to Settings (in Channeltivity) > Dynamics 365 Integration > Overview & Authorization > Authorize.
Step 2: Configuring the Integration
After authorizing Channeltivity access to Dynamics, navigate to Settings > Dynamics 365 Integration > Organization Sync in Channeltivity to begin configuring the integration using the instructions listed in this article: Dynamics 365 Integration: Organization Sync - Setup Walkthrough.
