The Referral Links functionality within the Referral module allows Partners to generate a personalized link to share with prospects. When prospects click the link, they are directed to the User's dedicated page, where they can submit a form to request more information. Upon submission, the form automatically generates a Referral under the Partner's Channeltivity account.
Enbaling Referral Links:
You can enable Referral Links by going to Settings > Referrals > Referral Links > Enable.
Once enabled, you can customize the public-facing Referral form's Title, the Page Description that appears at the top of the form, and the Confirmation Message that appears on the screen once the form is submitted.
