How do I report a bug or security vulnerability in Channeltivity?

We work hard to make Channeltivity bug-free and secure. If you've discovered a bug or security vulnerability, please tell us by submitting a support ticket, so we can fix it as soon as possible. Our support team is trained to quickly assess and pass along any bugs and vulnerability reports to the appropriate people within Channeltivity for investigation and follow-up.


Please act in good faith towards our users' privacy and data.  Submit a support ticket for any questions about our security, before running penetration tests, or if you'd like a sandbox for testing. Thank you!
