Yes! The Agreements functionality in Channeltivity can be configured to allow Users to download a PDF version of the Agreement before signing.
How to Enable the Download Option
To allow Users to download unsigned agreements before signing:
- Go to Settings > Agreements > Agreement Settings.
- Toggle the setting “Allow Users to download unsigned PDF agreements before signing them” to the ON position.
- Click Save.
What Users Will See
Once enabled, when a Pending Agreement is awaiting signature and a User authorized to sign Agreements logs in, they will see a “Download” link next to the “View & Sign” button, which will give them the option to download the PDF version of the Agreement before entering their digital signature.
