There are limited customization options for the domain of your portal. Because we require secure encrypted connections, only the subdomain (shown in green) can be customized, e.g.
https://YourCompany.Channeltivity.com
All domain changes currently require submitting a support ticket.
We may support functionality in the future to allow custom domains and your own SSL certificates. In the meantime, there is an unsupported workaround using a reverse proxy that would allow SSL with a completely custom domain.
