Our integration with their rewards platform allows your Partners to earn points for completing portal specific tasks such as registering/updating Deals, completing Training items, submitting MDF Requests, and more. Partners can then redeem those points for merchandise in an online catalog. 

How does it work?

You associate points with events in Channeltivity, and Partner Users are awarded points each time they complete an event.

Partners can then view, track, and redeem their points in RewardTrax. RewardTrax is Incentive Solutions's online rewards platform that can be customized with your company logo and branding. It can also be embedded in Channeltivity using an iFrame page and Single Sign-On (SSO).

The integration is included in the below Channeltivity subscriptions at no additional cost:

  • Enterprise Standard
  • Enterprise with Salesforce
  • Enterprise with HubSpot

How do I turn it on?

Once you purchase and finalize your rewards program's details with Incentive Solutions,  please contact Channeltivity Support to enable the integration for your portal. You'll then activate the integration using the instructions below: 

  1. Go to Settings > API & Integrations > Incentives > Actions > Activate. 
  2. You'll then click Actions > Update Credentials to enter the credentials provided to you by Incentive Solutions.

  • The events that qualify for reward points
  • The number of points associated with each event
